Blue Star offers a wide spectrum of annual maintenance contract (AMC) services to meet all possible field requirements for repair, service, and maintenance.
The Risk Protection Contract (RPC), commonly known as a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC), provides complete coverage—including labour, spares, and consumables—for the maintenance of your equipment. Based on the equipment covered under an RPC, Blue Star ensures seamless parts procurement and inventory management across its centres in India. The scope of work in RPCS also covers preventive maintenance service for all the equipment, every three months or at an increased frequency wherever necessary, based on the site conditions and based on the application; attending to all breakdown calls logged in at the call centre; and replacement of parts as required.
Revamp and Retrofit Services
As HVAC technologies advance, upgrading ageing systems can significantly improve efficiency and reduce costs. Our Revamp and Retrofit services offer smart solutions—whether it's replacing outdated components, redesigning systems due to load changes, or integrating intelligent features.
We conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify energy-saving opportunities, including duct modifications, capacity upgrades, or chiller replacements. Enhancements like eco-friendly refrigerants, advanced compressors, and modern control systems can boost performance without a complete system overhaul.

TAB is the systematic and methodical evaluation of HVAC systems to ensure efficient and effective operation as designed. The primary goal of TAB is to create a balanced and harmonious environment where indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and energy efficiency are optimized.
The TAB process involves a series of tasks, including measuring and adjusting variables such as air and water flow rates, temperature differentials, and pressure levels. Technicians utilize various instruments and tools to obtain accurate data and then make adjustments to HVAC system components. The objective is to align the system's performance with the design specifications and intended functionality.
